Position Overview 

The Second Shift Area Manager oversees janitorial operations across 20+ buildings in the northern suburban market, focusing on second-shift execution, staffing stability, and service quality. This field-driven role reports to Crescent Corporate Operational Leadership and collaborates closely with Operations Support and Field Management. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support operations across 20+ buildings on second shift 

• Lead supervisors, shift leads, and frontline team members 

• Maintain service quality and operational standards 

• Be a visible second-shift leader providing real-time guidance 

• Balance 75% field work with 25% administrative duties 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years leadership experience in janitorial or building services 

• Experience in unionized environments a plus; aptitude to learn required 

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
