Job Title: Working Supervisor

Shift: 2nd Shift (Evening)

Schedule:

1. Days: Tuesday - Saturday
2. Days Off: Sunday & Monday
3. Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
4. Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the 2nd and 3rd shift janitorial team.
2. Assign daily tasks and ensure completion to company standards.
3. Perform and supervise both regular cleaning duties and specialized projects, including buffing, waxing, and scrubbing floors.
4. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment; order or request replacements as needed.
5. Train and mentor team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
6. Inspect completed work and maintain quality assurance.
7. Address team or client concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in janitorial services, including floor care (buffing, waxing, scrubbing).
2. Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work 2nd shift hours reliably.
5. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
6. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
7. Bilingual: Speak English and Spanish well enough to communicate effectively.
