Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Project Lead for various locations, including both suburban and urban settings. This role requires flexible hours, with availability for both morning and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and energized attitude, ready to tackle any task.
• Work flexible hours and be on call as needed.
• Handle both morning and night shifts.
• Be available on call during days off for emergencies.
• Perform supervisory and scheduling duties.
• Performing various projects, particularly in floor care (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet washing).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Must be bilingual(Spanish and English) 
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong scheduling capabilities.
• Extensive experience in project management, particularly floor care.
• At least 5 years of experience in both project and custodial roles.
• Competitive wage starting at $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
