Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm and Saturday, 9am - 1pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated custodian to join our team. The custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.  Custodian must have experience in janitorial and maintenance.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
• Maintain floor care through mopping, buffing, and polishing
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
• Assist with custodial duties including porter services and commercial cleaning
• Support facilities by fixing and making general repairs and reporting building issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in custodial or related roles
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and scrubbers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
