Job Title: Project Technician

Project Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Project Technichian for various locations, including

both suburban and urban settings. This role requires flexible hours, with availability for both

morning and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive and energized attitude, ready to tackle any task.

Work flexible hours and be on call as needed.

Handle both morning and night shifts.

Be available on call during days off for emergencies.

Understanding how to use, measure and label cleaning chemicals, products safely.

Ability to work independently and follow direction.

Knowledge on how to strip and refinish floors, carpet shampooing, window washing,

construction cleaning etc.

Ability to operate cleaning tools and machines like scrubbers and buffers..

Attention to detail

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in both floor technician and custodial roles.

Competitive wage starting at $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.  

Must be able to pass an MVR Report

Job Location: Chicago Suburbs and Downtown. Will receive a company vehicle and credit card

for gas.

Schedule – There is no set schedule, projects team works different shifts and days every week.

OT is required and scheduled often in this position. Must be flexible and have ability to work 40

hours a week up to 80 hours a week on occasion.

Day's Off: Typically, Saturday and Sunday but can change at any time. Must remain on call for

emergencies.

Starting Pay Rate: Depends on experience, $23+ , OT is paid at time and a half
